I travel equipped with my camera to document moments that often go unnoticed. Through my
lens, I capture the intricate beauty found in the weathered hands of a street vendor in Varanasi,
the soft golden hour light illuminating ancient temple stones of Siem Reap, and the vivid neon
reflections on rain-soaked streets in Delhi. Every journey becomes a visual record, chronicling
not only locations but also the distinct sense of discovery that accompanies new experiences.
My approach to travel photography focuses on the nuanced space between expectation and
reality—those candid instances when a destination reveals its true essence. I am particularly
interested in the dynamic interplay of light and shadow within narrow alleyways, the vibrant
energy of local markets in Samarkand, and the understated dignity present in daily life amid
remarkable surroundings.
